看了厉兵《听取“哇”声一片》(见《汉语学习》1990年第2期),对眼下电视播映的广告那种人云亦云、亦步亦趋的现象颇有同感。本文不谈广告问题,只就“哇”声谈点浅见,与厉兵同志商榷。 厉文认为“哇”声来自日语里表示感到意外或吃惊的感叹词“ゎ(哇)”,从而批评使用“哇”声是“忘掉自己是中国人”。我不认为“哇”声是日语专有,因为在我国南方福建、广东闽粤方言中也广泛使用,台湾、香港闽粤方言区也是如此。只不过以往只是在方言中使
