结扎大鼠左冠状动脉前降支形成急性心肌缺血后,血液、垂体、部分脑区及心肌组织中,精氨酸加压素(AVP)免疫活性物质含量明显升高,并伴有心肌收缩力减弱、左心室内压最大上升速率降低、左心室内堆峰值下降与血压降低等心功能抑制的变化;光镜观察可见,冠脉结扎2h后,心肌间质轻度充血及出血灶,静脉给予AVP抗血清,则可改善和延缓心功能的恶化;心肌间质充血程度减轻,未见明显出血灶。提示AVP参与了大鼠急性心肌缺血的病理过程。
