在我国农村井灌区内,由于计量不准及无制约措施,容易引发一些水事纠纷,造成水费计收困难、水资源浪 费。山东省莱芜市水利与渔业局经过研制,成功开发出了射频卡节水自动计量装置,解决了农村井灌区长 期存在的水费计量不准、拖欠及人为浪费严重的现象,提高了水资源的利用率,实现了灌溉管理自动化。
In China’s rural well irrigation area, due to inaccurate measurements and non-control measures, it is easy to cause some water disputes, resulting in difficulties in collecting water fees and water resources.
