我国是茶叶的原产地,是茶叶的故乡,产茶历史悠久,具有丰富的茶文化内涵。为了更好地宣传中华茶文化的伟大贡献和历史地位,进一步推动茶文化研究的深入开展和茶文化活动的健康发展,促进国际茶文化的交流与合作,江西省文化部门和南昌洪婺名茶开发公司开始编撰一套规模宏大、内容丰富的《中国茶文化大观》书系。在1991年4月举行的杭州国际茶文化节上,这套书系的《茶文化论》、《茶叶趣谈》面世,受到国内外茶文化界的高度重视和好评。今后,《中国茶文化大观》书系将陆续编撰。
