基于作者已有工作,进一步扩展一个基于特征的回转类零件CAD/CAM集成系统.在新系统中,零件设计可利用DM特征完成,特征包括圆柱、孔、槽等.一旦零件设计完成,系统即可自动生成零件的加工工艺规划和数控程序.此外,该系统还能完成数控加工程序的整个过程的仿真及单步仿真执行,并直接通过RS232C串口实现计算机与数控机床之间的数控程序双向通讯传输.系统采用面向对象的C++语言编程,已用在实际生产中.
Based on the author’s existing work, a feature-based CAD / CAM integrated system for turning parts is further extended. In the new system, part design can be done using DM features, including cylinders, holes, slots, etc. Once the part design is completed, the system can automatically generate part machining planning and CNC program. In addition, the system can finish the simulation and single-step simulation of NC machining program and realize the bidirectional communication and transmission of NC program between computer and CNC machine directly through RS232C serial port. The system uses object-oriented C + + programming, has been used in the actual production.
