林樊家油田埋藏浅、压实程度差,导致地层容易出砂,同时受注水系统压力波动,地层返吐砂严重。随着注水工作的持续深入及油田开发难度的增加,林樊家油田注水要实现新的突破仍面临着一系列难点。结合多年水井管理工作经验的积累,以出砂原因为切入点,从固化油层———井筒机械防砂———井口、注水泵站等工艺方案优化和系统、支点科学运行以及设备保养管理等方面入手,积极摸索出一套水井出砂原因、诊断、治理、预防的“闭环式”注水管理体系,全面提升了林樊家油田水井管理水平,为同类型油藏提高水井管理提供宝贵经验。
