体外震波碎石术(ESWL)中所产生的高能震波(HESW)对心脏的影响已引起国内外学者的关注,但迄今国内尚未见到震波引起心脏起搏的心电图(ECG)报道,本文仅就笔者所见典型图例陈述如下。方法与病例资料用BD 8828-II型B超声定位干式体外震波多功能碎石机碎石,自带光电Lifescope 6心电监护仪,用日本光电6151型心电图机(直流电源)描记术前12导联ECG,术中记录1分钟以上的ECG。例1 男性,18岁,左肾结石,ESWL前12导联
The impact of high energy shock wave (HESW) generated in extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL) on the heart has attracted the attention of scholars both at home and abroad, but so far there is no ECG report of shock-induced cardiac pacing in China.
