对采用离子交换法制备钨电致变色膜的试验工艺进行了研究。制得均匀、透明、致密的薄膜,测试了其电色性能。发现双氧水为钨酸溶胶-凝胶体系的有效分散剂;异丙醇能改善膜与衬底的结合力; Na+在薄膜中影响褪色效果。
The experimental process of preparing electrochromic tungsten electrochromic films by ion exchange was studied. Prepared uniform, transparent, dense film, the test of its color performance. Hydrogen peroxide was found to be an effective dispersant for the sol-gel system of tungstic acid. Isopropyl alcohol can improve the adhesion of the film to the substrate. Na + affects the fading effect in the film.
