Protein tyrosine phosphatase 1B (PTP1B) is a signaling enzyme that exerts a promoting or inhibiting effect in many types of tumors, depending on the substrate and the cellular environment in which it is located. Studies have shown that it is highly expressed in ovarian cancer, due to the limitations of the method, its related research is rare. Gene chip is a DNA analysis technology developed in recent years, which provides a powerful tool for studying the gene and expression level of tumor. This article explores the new progress and application prospects of the combination of the two in the regulation of ovarian cancer proliferation.
