SMA混合料多采用SBS改性沥青作为胶结材料,SBS改性沥青生产成本高且易与基质沥青发生离析。布敦岩沥青作为一种天然沥青,与基质沥青的相容性好,能显著提高基质沥青性能。本研究对布敦岩沥青作为改性剂的SMA混合料进行了系列试验,测试了该混合料的各项性能,并与SBS改性沥青的SMA混合料进行了对比,发现布敦岩沥青改性沥青的SMA混合料水稳定性好于SBS改性沥青的SMA混合料,其他各项指标与SBS改性沥青的SMA混合料相当。本试验研究为布敦岩沥青在SMA混合料中的应用提供了参考和依据。
SBS modified asphalt is mostly used as the cementing material in the SMA mixture. SBS modified asphalt is expensive to produce and easily segregated from the matrix asphalt. As a kind of natural asphalt, Boutun rock asphalt has good compatibility with matrix asphalt and can significantly improve the performance of matrix asphalt. In this study, we carried out a series of tests on the Budun rock as a modifier for SMA compounds. The properties of the compounds were tested and compared with SMA mixtures of SBS modified bitumen. The water stability of the SMA asphalt mixture is better than that of the SBS asphalt mixture, and the other indexes are the same as the SMA mixture of the SBS modified asphalt. The experimental study provided a reference and basis for the application of Boudun rock asphalt in SMA mixture.
