陈云坚持从党情和国情出发,尊重群众、尊重事实,在党员队伍建设、党的纪律检查工作等方面有自己的见解,形成了自己的党内关怀思想。重视思想关怀,坚定共产主义信念;共产党爱护党员干部不下于父母爱护子女;重视关怀党的基层组织;要求坚持不断地改善人民的生活等等。陈云的党内关怀思想时至今日仍然具有重要的现实价值。
Chen Yun insisted on starting from the party conditions and national conditions, respected the masses, respected the facts, and established his own opinions on inner-party caring in areas such as building the ranks of party members and party discipline inspection. Emphasis on the care of the mind, firm belief in communism; Communist Party members and cadres to protect their children no less than their parents love; pay attention to the care of the party’s grass-roots organizations; require continuous improvement of people’s lives and so on. Chen Yun’s thought of inner-party care still has an important realistic value to this day.
