目的:探讨苦木提取物对人肝癌细胞HepG-2的生长抑制作用。方法:MTT比色法检测苦木提取物在不同浓度(6.25、12.5、25、50、100μg/mL)及不同时间(24、48、72h)对人肝癌细胞HepG-2的生长抑制作用。利用TUNEL法测定探讨苦木提取物诱导人肝癌细胞HepG-2的效果。结果:苦木提取物对人肝癌细胞HepG-2的生长抑制作用随着药物浓度的升高和作用时间的延长而增强,且提取物对肿瘤细胞有显著的凋亡效应,而在对照组未见有显著的凋亡现象。结论:苦木的醇提物能有效抑制人肝癌细胞HepG-2细胞的生长,其具体作用机制尚需进一步的研究。
Objective: To investigate the inhibitory effect of bitter wood extract on HepG-2 human hepatocellular carcinoma cells. Methods: MTT colorimetric assay was used to detect the inhibitory effect of Momordica charantia extract on HepG-2 cells at different concentrations (6.25,12.5,25,50,100μg / mL) and different time (24,48,72h). TUNEL assay was used to investigate the effect of bitter wood extract on HepG-2 cells. Results: The inhibitory effect of Momordica charantia extract on HepG-2 cells was enhanced with the increase of drug concentration and prolongation of action time, and the extract had significant apoptosis effect on tumor cells. However, in the control group See significant apoptosis. Conclusion: Alcohol extract of Momordica charantia L. can effectively inhibit the growth of HepG-2 cells, and its specific mechanism still needs further study.
