目的:分析晨问提问在护理实习带教中的应用价值.方法:在2017年1月到2017年11月期间选取40名实习护生作为研究对象,将其随机编号法纳入研究组与参照组(n=20).参照组应用传统实习带教模式,研究组实施晨问提问实习带教模式,比较两组护生的专业知识掌握能力评分及护生的学习满意度.结果:两组护生培训前与培训后专业知识掌握能力评分具有显著差异,数据比较存在统计学意义(p<0.05).同时,研究组护生学习满意率为95%,参照组护生学习满意率为75%,组间差异对比具有统计学意义(p<0.05).结论:晨问提问在护理实习带教中的应用,有助于提升护生的专业知识掌握能力,且护生学习满意度相对较高,实践应用价值较高.“,”Objective: to analyse the morning ask questions in nursing practice in the teaching application value.Methods:from January 2017 to November 2017 during selecting 40 practice nursing students as the research object, the random number method into the research group and control group (n=20).Control group applied traditional practice teaching mode, the team implement the morning ask questions practice teaching mode, compared two groups of professional knowledge ability score of nursing students and the learning satisfaction of nurses. Results:two groups of training of nursing students before and after the training of professional knowledge and ability scores have significant differences, data comparison there is statistical significance (p<0.05).At the same time, the team learning satisfaction of nursing students was 95%, control group learning satisfaction of nursing students was 75%, the difference between group compared with statistical significance (p<0.05).Conclusion:morning ask questions in nursing practice teaching, the application of help nursing students professional knowledge and ability, and learning satisfaction of nursing students is relatively high, high practical application value.
