16240Z型柴油机喷油嘴偶件、柱塞偶件和出油阀偶件是适用于中速大功率柴油机喷油泵和喷油器的三种偶件。我院与有关单位根据铁道部科技发展计划及(81)铁工字457号文件规定的精神,为提高16240Z型柴油泵喷油器三对精密偶件的可靠性、耐久性,共同协作,开展科技攻关,其内容主要是: 1.短针阀型喷嘴偶件短期使用后严重磨损问题的解决。 2.针阀体在运用中出现大量断裂问题的解决。

In order to improve the reliability, durability and cooperation of 16240Z type diesel fuel injector three pairs of precision couplings, our institute and relevant units, in accordance with the spirit of “Science and Technology Development Plan of the Ministry of Railways and (45) Tieke No. 457” Scientific and technological research, its main contents are: 1. Short needle valve nozzle even after a short period of serious wear and tear to solve the problem. 2. Needle valve body in the operation of a large number of fracture problems to solve.
