目的探讨超声对脂肪肝的诊断价值。方法采用东芝黑白超声诊断仪对258例脂肪肝患者超声声像图总结分析。结果轻度138例,占53.49%,中度73例占28.29%,重度47例,占18.21%。结论超声检查为脂肪肝的首选诊断方法。

Objective To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound in fatty liver. Methods TOSHIBA ultrasonic diagnosis of 258 patients with fatty liver ultrasound sonographic analysis. Results The results were mild in 138 cases (53.49%), moderate in 73 cases (28.29%) and severe in 47 cases (18.21%). Conclusion Ultrasonography is the first choice for fatty liver diagnosis.
