目的了解我院门诊阴道感染疾病类型和各类阴道感染疾病的实验室诊断,为临床诊疗提供理论依据。方法对2 0 1 2年1月~2 0 1 3年6月就诊于我院阴道感染科的阴道感染患者的症状、体征及实验室检查结果进行分析。结果(1)在2 0 7 6例确诊阴道感染患者中,单一感染1 8 2 2例,其中B V 8 3 4例,占4 0.2%;V V C 3 8 5例,占1 8.5%;A V 2 8 2例,占1 3.6%;T V3 2 1例,占1 5.5%;混合感染2 5 4例,占1 2.2%。(2)2 8 2例A V患者分泌物细菌培养结果显示,G-杆菌1 4 8例,其中大肠埃希菌8 6例,所占比重最高;G+球菌1 2 9例,其中无乳链球菌5 8例,居首位;淋菌5例。(3)3 8 5例V V C的菌种分布结果为白假丝酵母菌3 3 7株,占87.5%,非白假丝酵母菌共48株,占1 2.5%。结论阴道感染病因众多,情况复杂,特别是混合感染,在临床诊疗中不容忽视。临床医师应结合症状、体征,充分利用实验室检查进行综合评价,提高疾病的治疗效果。
Objective To understand the laboratory diagnosis of vaginosis and various types of vaginal infections in our hospital so as to provide a theoretical basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Methods The symptoms, signs and laboratory findings of patients with vaginal infections who visited our hospital from January 2012 to June 2013 in our hospital were analyzed. Results (1) Among 2 0 7 6 cases of confirmed vaginal infections, there were 1822 cases of single infection, of which 83.4 cases were BV, 4 0.2%; 385 cases were VVC, accounting for 8.5%; AV 2 8 2 cases, accounting for 1 3.6%; T V3 2 1 cases, accounting for 1 5.5%; mixed infection 254 cases, accounting for 1 2.2%. (2) The results of bacterial culture in 288 patients with excretion of AV patients showed that there were 148 cases of G-bacilli in which 86 cases of Escherichia coli accounted for the highest proportion, and 129 cases of G + cocci, of which Streptococcus agalactiae 58 cases, ranking first; gonococcus in 5 cases. (3) The distribution of 385 cases of V V C showed 333.7 strains of Candida albicans (87.5%) and 48 strains of non-Candida albicans (12.5%). Conclusion There are many causes of vaginal infection, the situation is complex, especially mixed infections, which can not be ignored in clinical diagnosis and treatment. Clinicians should be combined with symptoms, signs, make full use of laboratory tests for comprehensive evaluation and improve the treatment effect of the disease.
