Combined with the example of DK651 + 972 culvert construction on Harbin - Dalian Railway Passenger Dedicated Line, this paper discusses the scheme of determining precipitation according to the actual hydrogeological conditions and modifying the previous empirical parameters to achieve the purpose of precipitation and ensure the smooth progress of the project.
