第五届全国地下空间学术交流会于1991年9月15日至18日在石家庄召开。来自全国18个省(市)、7所高等院校和国家有关部、委所属设计科研单位的108名专家、教授、科研人员和技术管理干部相聚一堂,敞开思想,互相交流开发利用地下空间的经验,探讨开发利用地下空间的领域和前景。会议期间共收到学术论文37篇,会上宣读25篇。与会代表怀着浓厚
The Fifth National Academic Conference on Underground Space was held in Shijiazhuang from September 15 to September 18, 1991. 108 experts, professors, scientific research personnel and technical management cadres from 18 provinces (municipalities), 7 universities and national design institutes of the relevant ministries and commissions of the country gathered to open their minds and communicate with each other to develop and use underground space. Experience to explore the fields and prospects for the development and utilization of underground space. During the conference, 37 academic papers were received and 25 were read out.
