社区讲座不规范反映出社区管理的缺位以及社区服务的缺失,而更深层面,则暴露出我国城市社区管理理念上的缺陷。社区是城市的基本单元。在“单位制”逐渐解体,人口日趋老龄化的背景下,社区健康运行日益重要。要让社区成为方便人们生活、提供基本公共服务的主体,还应积极挖掘居民自治的管理能量,善于调动社会各方的服务资源。
The non-standard community lectures reflect the absence of community management and the lack of community service. A deeper level reveals the flaws in the concept of urban community management in our country. Community is the basic unit of the city. With the gradual dissolution of the “unit system” and the aging of the population, the healthy operation of the community is increasingly important. To make the community a convenient place for people to provide basic public services, they should also actively tap the management energy of residents’ autonomy and be good at mobilizing the service resources of all sectors of society.
