目的:探讨对老年人实施营养保健的效果与临床价值。方法:选取2013年10月至2014年10月期间来临床体检的160例老年人作为研究对象,利用计算机软件把160例老年人随机分成两组,观察组和对照组,每组分别80例老年人。对照组按照原来日常生活规律生活,给予观察组老年人营养保健知识的宣传教育,帮助观察组老年人养成良好生活习惯,比较观察两组保健效果。结果:观察组干预后对营养保健的重视程度为96.25%,对照组为38.75%;干预后观察组对良好饮食习惯的认知率明显优于对照组。两组差异(P<0.05),存在统计学意义。结论:对老年人实施营养保健的宣传以及教育,可以将老年人的生活质量有效提高。但改善老年人的生活习惯是一个长期的过程,要与老年人实际情况相互结合。
Objective: To explore the effect and clinical value of nutrition and health care on the elderly. Methods: A total of 160 senile patients from clinical examination from October 2013 to October 2014 were selected as research objects. 160 senile people were randomly divided into two groups: observation group and control group, 80 cases in each group people. Control group in accordance with the laws of the original daily life, giving the observation group of elderly nutrition and health knowledge of publicity and education to help the observation group of elderly to develop good habits, the two groups compared the health effects. Results: The degree of attention to nutrition and health in the observation group was 96.25% after intervention, and that in the control group was 38.75%. After the intervention, the cognitive rate of good diet in the observation group was obviously better than that of the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Conclusion: The implementation of nutrition and health promotion and education for the elderly can effectively improve the quality of life of the elderly. However, improving the living habits of the elderly is a long-term process that integrates with the actual conditions of the elderly.
