2015年、2016年沈阳师范大学美术与设计学院经申报分别获批国家艺术基金“关东风情民间剪纸人才培养”项目、文化部非物质文化遗产传承人研修研习培训(国培)项目,实现了国家艺术基金东北三省剪纸人才培养唯一项目的突破,同时,也是辽宁省非物质文化遗产传承人培训(国培项目)唯一单位。学院聘请中国民俗学会名誉会长辽宁大学著名教授乌丙安、中央美术学院非物质文化遗产研
In 2015 and 2016, Shenyang Normal University College of Art and Design was approved respectively for the project of “National Culture Fund for Kanto Folk Paper-cut Talents Cultivation” and the Program of Training and Research Training of Non-material Cultural Heritage Preceptors (Guo Pei) under the Ministry of Culture, The breakthrough of the only project of paper-cutting talents cultivation in the three northeastern provinces of China by the National Arts Fund was the only one in Liaoning Province that inherited the intangible cultural heritage (Guo Pei Project).
