随着新课标的改革,我国教育事业得到了空前的发展,各个学校都开始关注本校的教学质量。为了提高教学质量,增强学校的竞争力,部分学校运用了学生评教的方法来促进教师教学质量的提升。但是在这一方法的运用中,出现了很多问题。本文从高职学生评教入手,分析了高职学生评教有效性的影响因素,并提出了提升高职院校学生评教有效性的具体操作措施。
With the reform of the new curriculum reform, China’s education has been an unprecedented development, all schools are beginning to pay attention to the quality of teaching in our school. In order to improve the quality of teaching and enhance the competitiveness of schools, some schools use the methods of student evaluation to promote the improvement of teachers’ teaching quality. However, many problems have arisen in the application of this method. This paper begins with the evaluation of higher vocational college students, analyzes the influencing factors of the effectiveness of higher vocational college teaching evaluation, and puts forward the specific operational measures to improve the effectiveness of students’ teaching evaluation in higher vocational colleges.
