一、概述 111机是一台集成电路计算机。机器采用集成电路以后,大大增加了装机密度,缩小了整机的体积,对于电源方面,相应地要求采用简单可靠的供电系统和效率高、容量大、体积小的直流稳压电源。晶体管串联稳压电源虽然有质量指标比较好的优点,但是效率低,在体积和容量上已不相适应。采用效率较高、体积较小的晶体管开关电源受到当时缺少合适的大功率晶体三极管的限制。考虑上述情况,我们采用了单相可控整流电路的方案。通过试验,
First, an overview 111 machine is an integrated circuit computer. After adopting the integrated circuit, the machine greatly increases the installed density and reduces the volume of the complete machine. For the power supply, the simple and reliable power supply system and the high efficiency, large capacity and small DC power supply are required accordingly. Although the transistor series power supply better quality indicators of the merits, but low efficiency, volume and capacity have not suited. The use of higher efficiency, smaller transistor switching power supplies was limited by the lack of suitable high power transistor. Taking into account the above situation, we have adopted a single-phase controllable rectifier circuit program. Through experiments,
