浙江省黄泽桥在利用简便锥具钻孔灌注混凝土桩的施工中,碰到了大卵石层。我们遵循毛主席在生产实践中不断总结经验的教导,贯彻了三结合的工作方法,在使用松石錐(见“公路”1965年第6期封底)钻大卵石层时,结合河床地质的具体情况,对锥具作了以下一些改进:1.将原来切土刀的圆齿改为薄刀片,并将刀片角度适当加大,便于钻进;2.原来是十把圆齿对称设置,齿尖轨迹是五个同心圆,改为七把刀片交错设置,互相重叠填空,七把刀七个同心圆,刀片由外而里逐渐减短,减少阻力;3.取消了锥底定向尖,以免定向尖顶在石头上不易进尺;
