韩振泉,笔名三宝、小泉,是出生在内蒙古的河北人,现定居威海,又该称之为来自内蒙古的山东人。这些异地他乡到处飘零的生活经历让他对生活有了更深的感悟与思考,反映到他的艺术创作上,那就是——扎根生活的土壤,折射生命的本真。韩振泉痴迷绘事,笔耕不辍,特别是近年更是谢绝应酬,远离尘嚣,要么流连于大自然写生,要么忘我于画室潜心创作。可谓走大漠,上高原,出塞外,下江南——无论数九寒天大雪纷飞,抑或三伏酷暑骄阳似火,他从没有间断过面对自然真实感悟虔诚作画的步伐,他坚信勤能补拙,更坚信实践出真知。绘画对于他来说已经远远不只是兴趣爱好这么简单,更确切地说应该是生命,是血液。只要有一天不拿画笔,他就会丢了魂一样六神无主,惶恐不安。他平日口讷言少,不修边幅,但内心光焰灼灼、大智若愚,
