长久以来,定性研究方法是人类学界和社会学界的规范性研究方法,这一方法现在已被应用于商业领域。本文以南方某大学的餐饮服务为研究对象,旨在为这一应用提供更多的证据支持。人类学定性研究经常使用的是参与式观察法和深入访谈法,即传统的民族志方法。本文通过分析民族志方法在工商管理领域的应用,来验证该方法的渗透力度,并从不同的角度探讨民族志方法在商业研究领域的实际应用性及其效果。
For a long time, the qualitative research method is a normative research method in anthropology and sociology, which has now been applied to the commercial field. In this paper, a university in southern food service for the study, designed to provide more evidence for this application support. Qualitative anthropological studies often use participatory observation and in-depth interviews, the traditional ethnographic approach. This paper verifies the infiltration of this method by analyzing the application of ethnography in the field of business administration and discusses the practical application of ethnography in business research and its effects from different perspectives.
