职业教育是一种以职业为本位,能力为基础,就业为目标的教育.因此,职业教育各课程的目标,必须按社会的需要和个体的全面发展的最佳结合点来定位,培养出适应当地市场经济发展和社会需要的复合型人才.语文课作为职业教育的公共课,它肩负着培养专门职业能力得以施展的工具课的重担.随着市场经济的发展,社会对人才的要求越来越趋于“实在”.具体反映在人的语文素质上则要求有较强的“能说会写”的能力.这就使得语文教学除了工具性外,又突现其实用性.在多年的职教语文教学中,本人在提高学生语文学习的能力上,以“说”为突破口,开设“说话训练课”,作了一些尝试,取得了较为明显的效果.一、说话训练的提出语文教学重在培养学生的“听说读写”能力,这已成为人们的共识,但长期以来的“规则学习”,教师驾轻就熟,学生却兴趣索然,而对听说读写能力的培养,缺少一套既适合学生的认识水平,又贴近学生心理需求的实践方案.捷克著名教育家夸美纽斯曾明确指出:“一切语文从实践中去学习比用规则学习来得容易.”作为语文教育工作者必须更新思想,改革方法,因势利导,加大“听说读写”的实践.以什么为突破口呢?教育实践使我感到:当代青年学生思想敏锐,接受社会信息量广,好追求新潮、流行和时髦,自我表
