本文介绍了5种在工业上行之有效的强化传热与节能技术:粘性液体的传热强化;新型壳程折流板;花瓣形翅片管强化冷凝;T-形翅片管强化沸腾传热;错齿圆翅片管强化苯酐凝华过程.同时,对以上5种技术的研究思路及工业应用效果进行了分析.
This article describes five kinds of industrially effective enhanced heat transfer and energy-saving technologies: heat transfer enhancement of viscous liquids; new shell-side baffles; petal-shaped finned tubes for enhanced condensation; T-shaped finned tubes for enhanced boiling heat transfer ; False tooth round fin tube enhanced phthalocyanine condensation process. At the same time, the above five kinds of technology research ideas and industrial application effects were analyzed.
