1998年5月3日至5月20日,丽水市儿童福利院发生一起因计划免疫空白引起的麻疹暴发,报告如下:1 发病情况丽水市儿童福利院是民政局下属的社会福利单位,以收养孤儿及残疾、弱智儿童为主,实行封闭管理.目前院内有儿童54名,分住两层楼,年龄较大的儿童住二楼,年龄较小的婴儿住三楼,平时均同吃、同住、同活动.5月3日至5月20日,该院出现麻疹暴发,共14名儿童发病,罹患率为25.97%.5月3日,该院二楼发生首例病人,接着二楼儿童5月4日发病2例,7日发病1例,8日发病3例,9日发病2例,10日发病2例;
