优化亚甲蓝法快速测定饮用水中阴离子合成洗涤剂

目的对GB/T 5750.4-2006生活饮用水中阴离子合成洗涤剂的亚甲蓝分光光度法进行优化。方法本法简化分析步骤,使用50ml比色管代替分液漏斗,不调pH不经酸洗,仅经一次萃取,1cm比色皿比色测定。结果该方法在0~1.20mg/L范围内可获得良好线性,相关系数可达到0.999 9,检出限为0.01mg/L、最低检测质量浓度为0.04mg/L、相对标准偏差为1.71%~5.26%、加标回收率为97.17%~102.08%,结果与国标方法比较无差异(P>0.05)。结论该方法操作简便、分析速度快,检出限低、线性范围好、准确度和精密度满足要求,且使用有机试剂量少,适于饮用水检测及基层实验室推广应用。 Objective To optimize the methylene blue spectrophotometry of anionic synthetic detergent in drinking water of GB / T 5750.4-2006. Methods This procedure simplifies the analytical procedure using a 50 ml colorimetric tube instead of a separatory funnel, no pH pickling, no pickling, only one extraction, 1 cm cuvette colorimetric assay. Results The method showed a good linearity in the range of 0 ~ 1.20 mg / L with a correlation coefficient of 0.999 9, a detection limit of 0.01 mg / L, a minimum detectable concentration of 0.04 mg / L and a relative standard deviation of 1.71% 5.26%. The recoveries of standard addition were 97.17% ~ 102.08%. There was no difference between the results and the national standard method (P> 0.05). Conclusion The method is simple, fast, low detection limit, good linear range, accuracy and precision to meet the requirements, and the use of organic reagents less suitable for drinking water testing and promotion of grassroots laboratory applications.
