以模糊聚类理论为基础 ,提出了车身覆盖件变形同趋势区域分类的一种方法。以某轿车前轮罩配合曲面为例的分析结果表明 ,该方法可以解决前轮罩、前纵梁配合曲面的变形区域的划分 ,为评价车身零部件之间的匹配提供理论根据。
Based on the theory of fuzzy clustering, a method to classify the deformation of the body cover with the trend area is proposed. The analysis results show that this method can solve the demarcation of the deformation area of the front wheelhouse and the front longitudinal beam, and provide a theoretical basis for the evaluation of the matching between body parts.
