统一的课后作业存在形式单一、缺少层次、讲解难以到位等问题。立足于“高参与”与“多形式”的分层作业,要注意练习、拓展、创造相结合,要具有一定的“弹性”;不仅要有文本性作业,还要有跳出学科本位、连接生活的综合性作业。如此,才能把课堂教学与个性化作业有机结合起来,才能真正地做到尊重个体差异,最大限度地满足个体需求,促使学习效果最大化。
