齐重数控股份有限公司设计制造的DH4300/250-25×18000-1型数控重型卧式车床,是为哈尔滨电机厂提供的三峡工程的配套设备,加工直径4.3m,加工长度18m,最大承重250t,机床可实现工件自动测量,机内对刀。在加工三峡机组水轮机转子时,一次装夹重达200t的工件,完成对工件的全部加工,该机床的研制成功,标志着重型卧式车床制造能力迈上新台阶。齐重数控股份有限公司于2005年在鞍钢重型机械有限公司安装并交付用户DMVTM1600X55/250L-NC数控重型龙门移动立式车铣床。该产品是采用了龙门移动技术和大型立式车床工作台C轴技术的全功能车铣床,具有自主知识产权。产品最大车削直径16.2m,最大加工高度5.5m,最大承重250t,具有车、铣、钻、镗、磨等复合功能,世界上只有少数几个国家能够生产此类产品。
