我国现在正处于一个快速发展的时期,在这样的一个时期之下,国家对于人才的需求,尤其是专业性人才的需求有了非常大的提高,因此在我国专注培养专业人才的高等职业院校开始兴起,并且如何办好高等职业院校,使得培养出来的人才符合国家的需求,满足国家与学生的要求就成为了当前每一位高等职业院校职工所要面对的一大难题。然而如果想要满足国家对于专业性人才的需求,那么促进高等职业院校学生的全面发展就是必不可少的,而要做到这一点,首先我们就应该以科学发展观为指导,坚持以人为本的理念对学生们进行思想政治教育工作,以此来促进学生的全面发展。本文通过对当前高等职业院校思想行为方面的问题的简要阐述,从而提出了高等职业院校如何坚持以人为本的理念进行思想政治教育工作的策略,希望能够对后来者的研究有所帮助。
