目的观察银杏叶提取物(金纳多)和东菱克栓酶联合用药治疗特发性突聋的临床疗效及副作用。方法 216例(30～69岁)特发性突聋患者随机分为2组:治疗组(108例,114耳)给予金纳多和东菱克栓酶治疗;对照组(108例,113耳)给予葛根素治疗。结果治疗组总有效率为82.5%,明显优于对照组(70.8%)(P<0.05),治疗组未出现出血或低血压,偶见一过性头痛;对照组1例出现过敏反应。结论联用金纳多和东菱克栓酶治疗特发性突聋疗效肯定,治疗中无不良反应发生。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy and side effects of ginkgo biloba extract (Ginaton) and tangling bolt enzyme in the treatment of idiopathic sudden deafness. Methods A total of 216 patients (30-69 years old) with idiopathic deafness were randomly divided into two groups: the treatment group (108 cases, 114 ears) ) Given puerarin treatment. Results The total effective rate was 82.5% in the treatment group, which was significantly better than that in the control group (70.8%) (P <0.05). No bleeding or hypotension occurred in the treatment group, occasional transient headache occurred, and in the control group, an allergic reaction occurred. Conclusions The combination of Ginaton and rhodotrumese treatment of idiopathic sudden deafness sure efficacy, no adverse reactions in the treatment.
