研究了包头钢铁集团公司生产的U75V高速铁路轨道用钢钒与氮含量的比值,氮含量与钢轨断裂韧性之间的关系。结果表明:随着钢中氮含量的增加,钢轨的断裂韧性呈上升趋势。将U75V高速铁路轨道用钢的氮质量分数上限由65×10-6提高到80×10-6后,经3个月的工业试验表明:钢中氮含量提高后,钢轨的常规力学性能基本上没有变化,给企业带来了显著的经济效益。
The relationship between vanadium and nitrogen content, nitrogen content and rail fracture toughness of U75V high speed railway track produced by Baotou Iron and Steel Group Company was studied. The results show that the fracture toughness of rail increases with the increase of nitrogen in steel. The U75V high-speed rail track steel nitrogen content of the upper limit of 65 × 10-6 increased to 80 × 10-6, after 3 months of industrial tests showed that: the nitrogen content of steel increased, the conventional rail mechanical properties basically No change, has brought significant economic benefits to the enterprise.
