近年来,货运代理企业发展迅速,随着规模和业务的扩张,其会计核算也呈现出诸多问题,所以,必须尽快改革传统的独立核算模式。采用会计集中核算有助于货运代理企业提高会计工作质量和财务管理效率,最终实现企业总体战略目标。本文以某货运代理公司为例,分析其实施会计集中核算的过程,以期对货运代理企业实施会计集中核算有所裨益。
In recent years, freight forwarding companies have developed rapidly. With the expansion of their scale and business, their accounting problems have also presented many problems. Therefore, we must reform the traditional independent accounting model as soon as possible. The use of accounting centralized accounting helps freight forwarding companies to improve the quality of accounting work and financial management efficiency, and ultimately achieve the overall strategic goal. In this paper, a freight forwarding company, for example, analyzes the implementation of accounting centralized accounting process, with a view to freight forwarding companies to implement accounting centralized accounting benefit.
