作者在参加制定“旅游旅馆设计节能标准”的工作中,对位于北京、上海、广州三城市的六座著名的旅馆(饭店、宾馆)进行了建筑热工特性研究和全年空调(采暖)能耗动态模拟。本文侧重分析建筑设计和热工特性(包括建筑方位、建筑平面、墙体构造、外窗面积及构造等建筑形态)对空调负荷及空调(采暖)能耗的影响。为了减少空调冷、热负荷及建筑能耗,作者对空调建筑物的建筑设计提出了几点看法和建议。
The author participated in the formulation of the “Energy Conservation Standard for Tourist Hotel Design” and conducted research on building thermal characteristics and air-conditioning (heating) energy for six famous hotels (hotels, hotels) in Beijing, Shanghai, and Guangzhou.
