借助于Ti-59型计算机,用边角(电子衍射谱中的两个初基倒易矢和其夹角)自洽的方法标定电子衍射谱,使标定工作变得简单、方便、准确而又可大大地节约时间,运用它标定菱形、三斜等计算较为繁琐的晶系衍射谱,同标定立方晶系一样容易。标定时只需按要求将电子衍射谱中的两个倒易矢长度和其夹角测量值输入机内,并输入假定物相的某些晶体学参数,即可进行计算和自治,然后自行输出计算结果,标定即告完成,该标定方法及程序框图亦适用于大、中型计算机。
