党的十七届四中全会首次提出把建设一个学习型政党作为“重大而紧迫的战略任务”来抓紧抓好。建设学习型政党首先要在党内弘扬读书学习的良好风气,作为教育系统的各级各类学校理应领风气之先。本期特编发辽宁锦州和北京大兴一中构建学习型党组织的先进经验,希望给读者以启迪。
The Fourth Plenary Session of the 17th CPC Central Committee first proposed to build a learning-oriented political party as a “major and urgent strategic task,” so as to seize the opportunity. To build a learning-type political party, we must first of all promote the good atmosphere of study and study in the Party, and take the lead in conducting various types of schools as the educational system at all levels and schools. This issue specially made advanced experience in constructing learning party organizations in Jinzhou, Liaoning and Beijing Daxing, hoping to inspire readers.
