目的观察内镜下套扎治疗对食管固有肌层平滑肌瘤的治疗效果。方法 23例食管固有肌层平滑肌瘤患者采用内镜下套扎治疗1,周后复查胃镜,观察所有患者的平滑肌瘤脱落情况。结果 23例患者平滑肌瘤均在术后1周内脱落。治愈率100%。结论内镜下套扎治疗食管固有肌层平滑肌瘤是简单易行并且安全有效的方法。
Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of endoscopic ligation on the myometrial leiomyomata. Methods Twenty-three patients with esophageal muscularis propria leiomyoma were treated with endoscopic ligation. One week later, gastroscopy was performed and the leiomyoma of all patients were observed. Results Twenty-three patients with leiomyoma were shedding within one week after operation. Cure rate of 100%. Conclusion Endoscopic ligation of the muscularis propria muscle leiomyoma is a simple and safe and effective method.
