随着经济发展水平的不断提高,汽车正在逐步走进寻常百姓家,日常生活中搭乘现象越来越普遍,难免会有意料不到的事故出现,而我国法律没有好意同乘的相关规定,各地法院在处理此类事故时又无统一的规定为依据,导致处理结果难以体现公平。本文试图对好意同乘进行探讨,以期提出对处理好意同乘事故的粗浅建议。
As the level of economic development continues to improve, the automobile is gradually entering the homes of ordinary people. The phenomenon of boarding in daily life is becoming more and more common. It is inevitable that unexpected accidents will occur. However, the laws and regulations in our country do not have the relevant provisions of the same, The courts did not have uniform rules in the handling of such incidents, which led to the difficulty in handling the findings. This article attempts to discuss the idea of goodwill and multiplication, with a view to putting forward some superficial suggestions on the handling of goodwill and accident.
