急性肉芽肿性鼓膜炎较慢性鼓膜炎罕见，我院报告１９８６～１９９８年１２年间仅收治５例该病患者，所有病人均在其他诊所接受过局部滴耳剂和全身应用抗生素等治疗后效果不佳。其中男４例；女１例；年龄２０～４９岁，平均３２岁；均单耳患病，左耳３例，右耳２例。发病诱因：
Acute granulomatous eardrums disease is more common than chronic eardrums.In our hospital from 1986 to 1998, only 5 patients were treated in this 12-year period. All patients received local eardrops and systemic antibiotics in other clinics good. There were 4 males and 1 females, aged from 20 to 49 years (average 32 years old). All had mononeuropathy, 3 cases had left ear and 2 cases had right ear. Incentives:
