对标管理已成为国内企业渡过发展瓶颈期的重要途径,其中以国际先进企业为标杆企业的国际对标管理是一些大型、超大型企业选取的重点方式。在深入分析国内企业实施的国际对标管理实例后,文章总结了我国企业在国际对标管理过程中存在的一些认识误区,并以国内管道运营行业的国际对标管理为例,首次提出了我国企业在国际对标管理中应遵循的准则。
