当今社会,人们的物质文化生活越来越丰富多彩,社会、学校、家长对学生的要求也开始多样化,不再只重视文化素质,更注重学生的身心素质,社会竞争压力越来越大。于是教学中我们教师应改变以往“填鸭式”的“教”和“说教式”的“育”教学模式,除了给学生传授文化知识以外,要求教师更全面地掌握学生的心理、注重师生的互动教学心理技巧,因此教师要以教育心理学为基础,改进教学效果,以达到现代教育的要求。本文从以下几方面作一初探。
In today’s society, people’s material and cultural life is more and more colorful. The demands of the society, schools and parents on the students are also beginning to diversify. Instead of focusing on the quality of the students, they pay more attention to the physical and mental qualities of the students, and their social competition is under increasing pressure. Therefore, in teaching, our teachers should change their past “spoon-feeding ” “teaching ” and “preaching ” “education ” teaching mode, in addition to imparting cultural knowledge to students, require teachers to more fully grasp Students’ psychology, teachers and students pay attention to interactive teaching psychological skills, so teachers should be based on educational psychology, improve teaching effectiveness, in order to achieve the requirements of modern education. This article makes a preliminary study from the following aspects.
