加工四级精度丝杠的SG7420G激光反馈螺纹磨床,1986年12月在国家机械委精密机床修理总站改装成功。 已使用二十年的上海机床厂产品Y7520K螺纹磨床,出厂精度可磨削六级丝杠,改造前精度已降为七级,改造后稳定达到四级精度。 改造的精化措施是,采用激光及圆光栅组成的测量系统,对机床的传动链误差进行动态测量,并将误差信号通过反馈电路控制自动校正装置,形成一个闭环反馈系统,使机床的传动链误差达到最小值,同时采取相应的加工工艺,达到稳定磨削四级精度丝杠的性能。 SG7420G激光反馈螺纹磨床的成功,为解决1.5米以内高精度丝杠机床质量升级提供了物质基础。为
