近年来,随着我国高校艺术教育改革和发展的不断深化,高校艺术教育管理体系做出重的大调整,逐步建立起高校艺术教育管理体系。但当前高校艺术教育中存在一些问题。随着我国高校教育的扩招,高校艺术教育面临着“大众化”与“精英化”的发展方向,时代的发展,新的矛盾不断出现,要求我们逐渐改变我国传统的高校艺术教育管理体系,建立以科学、和谐思想为核心的高校艺术教育管理体系,促进高校艺术教育教学管理体系的科学、和谐化。
