目的:建立四逆汤中苯甲酰新乌头原碱、甘草苷、甘草酸和6-姜酚4种成分的高效液相色谱含量测定方法。方法:采用Thermo Hypersil BDS色谱柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),梯度洗脱,流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长235 nm。结果:苯甲酰新乌头原碱、甘草苷、甘草酸、6-姜酚均达到良好分离,线性范围分别为0.006~0.12(r=0.999 9),0.021~0.42(r=0.999 7),0.012~0.24(r=0.999 4),0.018~0.36 g.L-1(r=0.999 5);平均回收率分别为99.3%(RSD 1.5%),96.9%(RSD0.60%),100%(RSD 1.3%),100%(RSD 2.1%)。结论:该方法简便、准确、实用性强,可用于四逆汤中4种指标性成分的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of four components of benzoin, aconitine, glycyrrhizin, glycyrrhizic acid and 6-gingerol in Sini decoction. Methods: The gradient elution was performed on a Thermo Hypersil BDS column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) with a flow rate of 1.0 mL · min-1 and a detection wavelength of 235 nm. Results: Benzoyl aconitine, glycyrrhizin, glycyrrhizic acid and 6-gingerol all achieved good separation. The linear range was 0.006-0.12 (r = 0.999 9), 0.021-0.42 (r = 0.999 7) The average recoveries were 99.3% (RSD 1.5%), 96.9% (RSD 0.60%), 100% (RSD 1.3), and the average recoveries were 0.012-0.24 (r = 0.999 4) and 0.018-0.36 gL- %), 100% (RSD 2.1%). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate and practical. It can be used for the determination of four index components in Sini Decoction.
