位于兰州市西固区南山的西固乡光月山村,海拔2188米,属二阴干旱山区,全村有172户,767人,党员22 名,耕地1250亩,曾经是西固区有名的贫困村。近几年,光月山村在区委、区政府的正确领导和热情关怀及区直有关部门的大力帮扶支持下,村党支部带领全村人民艰苦创业,脱贫致富奔小康,使当年有名的贫困村如今发生了可喜的变化,村党支部也为全区农村基层组织建设树立了一面典型旗帜。
