The important exposition of the “three represents ” is based on the historical height of the CPC Central Committee with Comrade Jiang Zemin as the core in the turn of the century. We must pay attention to the brilliant thesis of our country’s reform and opening up as well as the overall situation of socialist modernization, inheriting history and basing ourselves on reality. It is a new summary of the nature, purpose and historical tasks of the party, new developments in the theory of party building in Marxism, and new requirements for party organizations and the majority of party members at all levels. The important thinking of the ’Three Represents’ is the foundation for our party’s party building, its foundation for governing and its source of strength.
